Chris Gunn is an energetic and enthusiastic licensed Texas Real Estate Broker who loves working with people and is driven by client satisfaction. He graduated from Texas State University with a B.B.A in business management. He is currently a Broker Associate at Keller Williams, where he works among top producing specialists in all aspects of the field.

His experience, both in the commercial and residential sides of the real estate business, helps him interpret the dynamics of the real estate market. Chris is backed by the top producing brokerage in Austin, which gives him a great advantage in servicing his clients. His relentless work ethic and emphasis on client satisfaction ensures the rewarding success of meeting his clients’ real estate goals.

Graduate of Realtor Institute. Only 19% of Realtors have this designation, which requires 96 hours and completion of a 3 test program

CNE Designation-
Certified Negotiation Expert. One of the top designation courses in real estate taught nationally by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute

SFR Designation-
Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. This is a designation indicating increased knowledge, training, and resources for today’s high quantity of short sales and foreclosures

Meet Christine!

Christine is the Assistant Executive on the Chris Gunn Real Estate Team. She is responsible for client services, transaction coordination, marketing and office management.

Christine is an Austin native of almost 20 years. She graduated from Dripping Springs High School and went on to study Business Management at Texas State. Her hobby of photography quickly turned in to a business during college where she specialized in Portraits and Weddings but also allowed her to cultivate her marketing and business management skills.

Wanting to challenge herself further, Christine joined The Mallett Integrity Team of Keller Williams in Dripping Springs and learned the business of Real Estate as well as the culture of Keller Williams. Her skill set grew and led her to a full time position at the Keller Williams Southwest Market center in Austin where she worked in the accounting department overseeing the commissions for over 800 agents on a daily basis.

Having been such an integral part of the Market Center and of Keller Williams, Christine has been able to observe the Gunn Real Estate team as well as other successful real estate businesses so she brings a welcomed, purposeful perspective and fresh ideas to the scene. Her warm personality combined with her business skills and years of experience in real estate make her an asset to Gunn Real Estate.
